Dr. Vun has a Bachelor of Medical Science, a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery with First Class Honours, and a Master of Surgery. He has also been esteemed as a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS). He is a member of the Australian and New Zealand Society for Vascular Surgery (ANZSVS) and the Australasian Vascular Audit (AVA).

Dr. Vun has a particular focus on arterial reconstruction, renal access, spine access, and venous intervention.
He actively supports South Australia’s TAVI aortic valve program, operating at Flinders and Ashford Hospitals.

He provides consultation at Heart and Vascular’s Hawthorn clinic.
