Dr Shah is a Clinical Cardiologist who graduated in Medicine from the University of Calcutta (India), before extending his studies in the UK for 2 years. He moved to Australia where he completed his Basic Physician Training and Advanced Training in Cardiology from The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (2014).
Ranjit completed a Cardiology Imaging Fellowship in Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance Imaging and has been awarded level 3 certification by the Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance Imaging. He is also an Australian conjoint committee Level A certified Cardiac CT imaging consultant.
Ranjit completed his PhD from Flinders University in 2020 and currently holds a locum Consultant Cardiologist position at Flinders Medical Centre. He continues to mentor medical students as a Senior Clinical Lecturer at Flinders University.
He is linguistically fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali.
