He then completed a fellowship in cardiac imaging and outreach at the Royal Darwin Hospital (2021), and has worked as a visiting cardiologist at Alice Springs Hospital since 2022.
Guy returned to Adelaide for a further fellowship in heart failure management (2024), with a focus on community heart failure optimisation. His academic interests are in public health and screening for cardiac disease.
Guy is committed to delivering comprehensive and personalised care; and he works closely with people to understand their values, improve understanding of their health issues, and develop individualised care strategies together.
Dr Reynolds also holds consultant positions at Flinders Medical Centre and the Integrated Cardiovascular Clinical Network SA. He continues to visit Alice Springs; and has a passion for addressing health inequity and providing specialist cardiology care to rural and remote communities.
Outside of work, Guy loves camping and hiking with his young family, writing music, and growing food for family and friends.
