Dr Markwick is a Consultant Cardiologist with a particular interest in Coronary Intervention.  Andrew graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2004 before completing physician and Cardiology specialist training at Flinders Medical Centre.

In 2012 he moved to the United Kingdom to complete a 3-year fellowship at the Royal Stoke University Hospital.  During this time, he developed extensive experience in invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures using modern radial techniques.

Andrew continues to be interested in Clinical Cardiology including Valvular Heart Disease, Ischaemic Heart Disease, and country health.  Andrew is pleased to offer regional services to the Riverland, Mount Gambier and Naracoorte.
